What need to know about disc procession

　When you need to purchase disc, please read this page carefully. Here we introduce the details about the materials you should provide to us. Please follow the following steps, which will shorten the making time.

Explaination about relatively special programming and demands in the disc procession :

One: 　Commission
　 In order to protect intellectual right, national news press publish department regulates that the content of the copy disc should be pre-exanimate, and registered publishing number. So we can put into producing when you get the commission.
Non-electirc publishing stuff（CD、VCD、DVD-Video）should get “audio and video recording commission” from the audiovisual publishing.
　 Electric publish （CD-ROM、DVD-ROM）should get electric publish “copy commission from electric audiovisual publishing”.
　 The commission about non-selling publish should get from the province news press.
Exporting discs commission should get from the province news press and then get examination procedure at the customs house when exported.

Three: 　 Payment

　Owing to the special of disc products, which is different from other product (such as daily use products and house or furniture), it is made by the special needs of clients and it has intellectual right. Manufacturer cannot sell to others when the products are refused by one buyer. Therefore we prefer to get 30-50% payment in advance and the other will be paid after we finish the product and transfer to you.

　the price of “program making”,“compressing”,“package and cover design”,“package materials purchasing ”differ greatly from each other, so we must confirm your special need and make clear about the price beforehand.

Four: 　Film Making

　The film of disc differs from that of paper, so it often happens that some film output companies understand the situation not so well and it costs time and money when mistakes occur. So Yuncheng suggest that you ask us to output film till you know what you really need about the film. One more import point: you’d better provide us corresponding sample of the picture (the color and characters should the same with the one need) when you provide the film or documents. Or you can also give us a PDF picture for us to correct the characters and picture location.
