【Answer】Offset and silk screen printing have their own advantages. How to choose depends on the image itself.
Advantage of offset printing:
175 line output, refined image net pits, multi-layers and rich stage of tone，well capable of image restoring and more confirmed to the original manuscript. It fit for the more complex image, such as figure, flowers and plants, scenery and others.
Advantage of silk screen printing: Deep and thick ink, colorful, sense of concave convex and strong vision impact. It is fit to restore the patterns with fewer lines, color body and characters, generally less than 4 colors. |

| 【Answer】The mother disc need to be kept carefully, generally it need to be put into the special mother disc box, which should be kept in clean room or with protecting glue on the info surface. The life of mother disc is determined by three factors: keeping many times on machine will less its life (generally one mother disc can copy 70-80 thousands discs); mother disc can be kept for 2-3 years if it keeps unused; the long it stay leisure, the more it will affect the copy parameter. |
